BETH WILLIAMS

Beth Williams

Beth Williams stepped into the top spot at Roxbury Technology Corporation (RTC) in 2003. By the following year, the company had built its first remanufacturing plant and started producing 100,000 cartridges annually. Under her guidance, RTC has experienced double-digit growth and garnered awards and positive press for its successful, socially conscious approach to business. In 2008, the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) and Inc. Magazine named RTC the winner of both Top Minority-Owned and Top Woman-Owned Company of the Year on the 2008 Inner City 100, an annual list that ranks the fastest growing inner city businesses nationwide. Our focus is on creating a sustainable business that supports our local community and promotes American-made products that are recycled, affordable, and come with a level of customer service that our competitors can't match. As we continue to grow, we hope to always match an environmentally and socially sound business model with our clients' needs — it's a good fit.
