The Boston Women's Workforce Council believes that the first step to solving a problem is measuring it. That's why the BWWC creates regular reports on the status of the wage gap in greater Boston and what employers can do to close it.
In 2013, the BWWC created the Boston: Closing the Wage Gap report, which includes 33 research-tested interventions employers can use to close the wage gap. The report can be read below.
