In partnership with Mayor Martin J. Walsh and the Mayor's Office of Women's Advancement, please join us for our first annual Innovators' Breakfast, recognizing initiatives that drive effective practices in building an equitable workplace for women.
Hosted at the CIC-Boston's premier event space, the Lighthouse, we will recognize innovative efforts that have had a measurable impact on addressing one of the following goals:
- Decreasing the time to promotion for women;
- Closing the gender-based pay gap in total compensation for women;
- Advancing women of color;
- Increasing the ratio of women on the Board and C-Suite, via hiring or promotion.
